Mercedes-Benz G 320 Heritage Giveaway — Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Organiser

This giveaway is run by ALTAIR LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA, which operates the ALTAIR online shop at altairluggage.com (the “Organiser”). Contact: contact@altairluggage.com.

The Organiser provides the prize itself and purchased it at its own expense. The Organiser runs the giveaway alone: the entries, the draw and all contact with the winner.

This giveaway is in no way organised, sponsored or endorsed by Mercedes-Benz Group AG or any of its subsidiaries. The vehicle was bought by the Organiser on the second-hand market. Trade marks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the prize.

§ 2 Promotion period

The giveaway starts on 28 October 2026 at 00:00 and ends on 29 November 2026 at 23:59, Paris time (CET). Daylight saving time ended on 25 October 2026, so the whole promotion period runs on winter time.

The only time that counts is the moment the order is recorded in the shop's system. The draw takes place on 30 November 2026.

§ 3 Eligibility

Any natural person aged 18 or over may enter, whatever their country of residence, provided they have placed an order under the conditions of § 4.

Residents of Italy are excluded. Italian law on prize competitions requires prior formalities that the Organiser has not completed.

Also excluded are employees and contributors of the Organiser who worked on this giveaway, and family members living in the same household. Purchases made by trade buyers who resell the cases are likewise excluded.

The Organiser may ask the winner for proof of age and address.

§ 4 Entry and how entries are counted

To take part, place an order on altairluggage.com during the promotion period. Nothing else is required: entry is automatic as soon as the order is paid.

The number of entries earned for each euro paid depends on the day the order is placed. The rate that applies is the rate in force on that day; it is fixed once the order is placed and is never revised afterwards.

What counts is the amount actually paid for the order after discounts and coupon codes, excluding shipping. Cents are not taken into account.

Three further actions earn entries, with no purchase required and whatever the date:

• Creating a customer account on altairluggage.com: 1 entry, once only.
• Joining the VIP list: 50 entries, once only.
• Referring someone who places an order: 100 entries per referral whose order is paid and not refunded.

If a customer places several orders, their entries are added together. Taking part costs nothing beyond the price of the order: the prices of the cases were not raised for this giveaway.

§ 5 The prize

There is a single winner. The prize consists of:

• A Mercedes-Benz G 320 from 1998, W463 generation with W461 utility styling, fully restored, a one-of-a-kind vehicle. Estimated value: 55,000 €.
• The winner's return flight to Paris and two nights' hotel, to come and collect the vehicle.
• The complete ALTAIR luggage set: cabin, medium and large.

The stated value is the Organiser's estimate on the opening day of the giveaway and cannot be disputed. The prize is awarded as it stands. It is not transferable, not exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available, in whole or in part.

Images used to advertise the giveaway are for illustration. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organiser's control, it will be replaced by a prize of equal or higher value.

§ 6 The draw

The draw takes place on 30 November 2026 under the supervision of SCP François Ardaillou, Commissaire de justice (judicial officer), 10 rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, 75011 Paris, France. Every entry has exactly the same chance. The more entries a customer holds, the higher their chance. That chance depends on the total number of entries.

1. The Organiser produces, from Shopify, a list of all valid orders placed between 28 October and 29 November 2026, together with the entries earned through accounts, the VIP list and referrals.
2. Each order is assigned a continuous range of entry numbers. For example: order A, entries 1 to 3,490; order B, entries 3,491 to 7,642.
3. The Commissaire de justice receives this list before the draw.
4. A number between 1 and the total number of entries is drawn at random, using a tool chosen by the Commissaire de justice. The order holding that number wins.
5. Three reserve winners are then drawn in a fixed order from the remaining customers. They are called upon if the winner cannot receive the prize.
6. The Commissaire de justice draws up a formal record of the draw.

The draw may be filmed and published on Instagram. Only the winning entry number and a partly redacted order number are shown.

§ 7 The winner

The winner is notified by 1 December 2026 at the latest, by email to the address given on the order and by telephone where a number was provided. They have seven calendar days to reply and to provide their full name as it appears on their passport, together with proof of age and address.

If they do not reply within that period, or if they do not meet the conditions of these terms, the prize passes to the first reserve winner, then to the next.

The vehicle is handed over after the withdrawal period of the winning order has expired. Before handover, the Organiser checks that the order has been paid and has not been cancelled, refunded or disputed with the bank.

The winner's name is published only with their consent (first name, initial of surname, city). Otherwise the Organiser names only the winner's country.

Collecting the prize

The vehicle is collected in Paris, France. The Organiser pays for the winner's return flight and two nights' hotel.

Costs borne by the winner. If the winner prefers the vehicle to be shipped to another country rather than collected in Paris, freight, customs clearance, import duties and taxes are entirely at their expense. In every case, registration, vehicle documents, roadworthiness testing, insurance and putting the vehicle on the road in the winner's country are also at their expense.

Any tax arising from receiving the prize depends on the winner's personal situation and on the law of their country of residence. The Organiser bears no liability in that respect.

The winner must hold a valid driving licence to drive the vehicle. Handover is not conditional on this: the vehicle may be handed to a winner who does not hold a licence.

§ 8 Cancellation, withdrawal, return, chargeback

Entries are tied to the order they come from.

• If an order is cancelled, withdrawn or fully refunded before the draw, its entries are removed.
• If an order is partly refunded before the draw, the number of entries is reduced in the same proportion.
• If a chargeback is started on an order before the prize is handed over (credit card, PayPal, Klarna), the entries from that order are removed.
• If the winning order is withdrawn or fully refunded before the prize is handed over, the prize passes to the first reserve winner.
• Entries earned through a referral are removed if the referred order is cancelled or refunded.

The 14-day right of withdrawal and the 100-day return guarantee remain fully in force. Exercising them only removes the entries from the order concerned.

§ 9 Data protection

For this giveaway the Organiser uses only the data from the order: name, email address, postal address, telephone number and amount paid. This data is used to run the giveaway (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Signing up to the newsletter is not required in order to enter.

The winner's data is passed to the service providers involved in handing over the vehicle, solely for that purpose. Giveaway data is deleted no later than six months after the prize is handed over, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Any entrant may request access to, correction of or deletion of their data at contact@altairluggage.com. Further information is set out in our privacy policy.

§ 10 Instagram

The giveaway is announced on the Instagram account @altair.suitcases. Nothing is required on Instagram in order to enter: no like, no comment, no follow.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or organised by Instagram and has no connection with Instagram. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from any liability in connection with the giveaway.

§ 11 Liability, changes, termination

The Organiser may change or terminate the giveaway only for good cause: fraud, technical failure, or a decision by a public authority. A change can never take away entries already earned. Any change is published on the giveaway page and filed with the Commissaire de justice.

Anyone who manipulates the giveaway is excluded from it. Examples: false orders, multiple identities, orders placed and then cancelled in order to keep the entries.

The Organiser is not liable for network failure, technical fault, loss of email or any other event beyond its control that prevents an entry from being recorded or the winner from being notified. It remains liable for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the entrant's country of habitual residence continue to apply. Any complaint must be sent in writing to contact@altairluggage.com by 31 December 2026 at the latest; after that date no complaint can be considered.

§ 12 Filing and confirmation

These terms are filed with SCP François Ardaillou, Commissaire de justice, 10 rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, 75011 Paris, France, in English and in French. Both versions have the same content.

They are available free of charge throughout the giveaway and until the prize is handed over at altairluggage.com/pages/mercedes-giveaway-terms. Anyone who requests a copy at contact@altairluggage.com receives one free of charge.
