§ 1Organizer

The prize draw is organized by ALTAIR LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA, which operates the ALTAIR online store at altairluggage.com (the “Organizer”). Contact: contact@altairluggage.com.

The Organizer provides the prize itself and purchases it at its own expense. The Organizer conducts the prize draw alone: recording entries, holding the draw and contacting the winner.

§ 2Promotion period

The prize draw begins on 25 September 2026 at 00:00 and ends on 25 October 2026 at 23:59 Berlin time. Daylight saving time ends on 25 October 2026. The prize draw therefore ends at 23:59 Central European Time (CET).

Only the time at which the order is recorded in the store’s system counts. The draw takes place on 26 October 2026.

§ 3Eligibility

Any natural person aged 18 or over, regardless of country of residence, who has placed an order under the conditions in § 4 is eligible to enter.

Employees and contributors of the Organizer who worked on this prize draw, as well as family members living in the same household as them, are excluded. Purchases by businesses that resell the suitcases are also excluded.

The Organizer may require the winner to provide proof of age and address.

§ 4Entry and calculation of entries

To enter, purchase at least one ALTAIR suitcase (Altair Aluminium Suitcase, any size) from altairluggage.com during the promotion period. No further action is required: entry is automatic once the order has been paid for. An order containing only accessories and no suitcase earns no entries.

Each euro paid earns 2 entries. The amount used is the amount actually paid for the order after discounts and discount codes, including accessories. Cents are disregarded.

If a customer places several orders, their entries are added together. Entry costs nothing beyond the price of the order: suitcase prices were not increased for this prize draw.

Any customer may ask contact@altairluggage.com how many entries they hold.

§ 5Prize

There is one winner. They win 2 one-way outbound Business Class flight tickets with Qatar Airways, for themselves and one person of their choice. The winner chooses the departure airport and destination from flights offered by Qatar Airways. Total value: 2.660 €, including taxes and airport charges.

Both tickets are for the same flight. If the selected tickets cost more than 2.660 € in total, the winner pays the difference or chooses another route. If they cost less, the difference is not paid out. The return flight, travel to the airport, hotel, travel insurance, visas and personal expenses are not included.

The Organizer books and pays for the tickets in the names of the winner and their companion. The tickets are personal to those named passengers. The winner must request the booking by 31 January 2027 and travel by 30 June 2027, subject to availability and Qatar Airways’ conditions. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

Images used to promote the prize draw are illustrative. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, it will be replaced with a prize of equal or greater value.

§ 6Draw

The draw takes place on 26 October 2026 under the supervision of SCP François Ardaillou, Commissaire de justice (judicial officer), 10 rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, 75011 Paris, France. Every entry has exactly the same chance. The more entries a customer has, the greater their chance of winning. The chance of winning depends on the total number of entries.

1. The Organizer creates a list from Shopify of all valid orders placed from 25 September to 25 October 2026. Each order receives a consecutive range of entry numbers. Example: order A, entries 1 to 698; order B, entries 699 to 1.736.
2. The Commissaire de justice receives this list before the draw.
3. A number between 1 and the total number of entries is drawn at random using a tool selected by the Commissaire de justice. The order containing that number wins.
4. Three reserve winners are then drawn in a fixed order from the remaining customers. They are called upon if the winner cannot receive the prize.
5. The Commissaire de justice draws up a record of the draw.

The draw may be filmed and published on Instagram. Only the winning entry number and a partially redacted order number will be shown.

§ 7Winner

The winner will be notified by email at the address given with the order no later than 28 October 2026. They have 14 days to reply and provide their full name as shown in their passport, their companion’s name and proof of age.

If they do not reply within that period or do not meet these terms and conditions, the prize goes to the first reserve winner, then to the next.

The tickets will be handed over after the withdrawal period for the winning order has expired. Before handing them over, the Organizer checks that the order has been paid for and has not been cancelled, refunded or disputed with the bank.

The winner’s name will be published only with their consent (first name, initial of surname, city). Otherwise, the Organizer will state only the winner’s country.

§ 8Cancellation, withdrawal, returns and chargebacks

Entries are tied to the order from which they arise.

• If an order is cancelled, withdrawn or fully refunded before the draw, its entries are removed.
• If an order is partially refunded before the draw, the number of entries is reduced in the same proportion.
• If a chargeback is initiated for an order before the prize is handed over (credit card, PayPal, Klarna), that order’s entries are removed.
• If the winning order is withdrawn or fully refunded before the prize is handed over, the prize goes to the first reserve winner.

The 14-day right of withdrawal and the 100-day return guarantee remain in effect. Exercising them removes only the entries from the order concerned.

§ 9Data protection

For the prize draw, the Organizer uses only order data: name, email address, postal address and amount paid. These data are used to run the prize draw (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Newsletter subscription is not required to enter.

The winner’s and companion’s data are sent to the airline and, where applicable, the travel agency issuing the tickets, solely for ticket issue. Prize draw data are deleted no later than 6 months after the prize is handed over, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Any entrant may request access to, correction or deletion of their data at contact@altairluggage.com. Further information is available in our privacy policy.

§ 10Instagram

The prize draw is announced on the Instagram account @altair.suitcases. No action on Instagram is required to enter: no like, comment or follow.

This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram and is not associated with Instagram. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from any liability connected with the prize draw.

§ 11Liability, changes and cancellation

The Organizer may change or cancel the prize draw only for a compelling reason: fraud, technical failure or a decision by an authority. A change can never remove entries already earned. Any change will be published on the prize draw page and filed with the Commissaire de justice.

Anyone who manipulates the prize draw will be excluded. Examples include false orders, multiple identities and orders placed and then cancelled in an attempt to retain entries.

The Organizer is not liable for delays or cancellations of flights by Qatar Airways. It remains liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.

The draw result is final and cannot be challenged in court.

§ 12Filing with the Commissaire de justice

These terms and conditions are filed with SCP François Ardaillou, Commissaire de justice, 10 rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, 75011 Paris, France, in German and French. Both versions have the same content.

They are available free of charge throughout the prize draw and until the prize is handed over at altairluggage.com/pages/teilnahmebedingungen. Anyone requesting a copy at contact@altairluggage.com will receive it free of charge.
