Sets come with 9, 12 or 15 bags — an equal number of small, medium and large. Leave about an inch of space between the contents and the edge of the bag, otherwise the seal will not close cleanly.
This is the single most common complaint about vacuum bags — and exactly where cheap ones fail.
Two parts decide it: the valve and the seal. The X3 uses a double valve with a non-return flap, and the seal runs on a double track rather than a single one.
If a bag does draw air, it is almost always one of three things: packed too full, a corner of fabric caught in the seal, or something sharp has pierced the film. Check those three first — and if it still will not hold, we will replace the bag.

The pump is cordless, running on a 1500 mAh battery and charging over USB — from a laptop, a power bank or any USB adapter. No travel adapter required. The bags are made of PA+PE, a laminated film that is tear-resistant and reusable.
The bags work without the pump too: an ordinary vacuum cleaner fits the same valve.

Covered: the pump's motor, battery and charging port, valves that never sealed properly in the first place, and faults in the seams or workmanship of the bags. No receipt maze — one email with a photo is enough.
Not covered: holes caused by sharp objects or overfilling, and normal wear of the bags after many uses.
You have 100 days to change your mind. Take your time trying one bag — fill it, vacuum it, open it again. To return the set, the remaining bags must stay unopened in their original packaging and the pump must be free of signs of use.
We refund the full purchase price once the goods arrive and have been checked. Return postage is at your expense; we will email you the address and the steps to follow.
